Marilee Dahl
Marilee Dahl is the Manager of the Enterprise through Literature Program at the Ed Snider Center for Enterprise and Markets. She works closely with the course’s teachers and students and evaluates the curricula’s impact and effectiveness. Formerly the Director of Education Programs for the Ayn Rand Institute, she is deeply knowledgeable in the non-profit and education arenas.

Rajshree Agarwal
Rajshree Agarwal is well-known for her research on the implications of entrepreneurship and innovation for firm and industry evolution. As a professor at the Robert H. Smith School of business, Rajshree teaches undergraduate and graduate courses and is passionate about enabling students to excel in their chosen careers by providing them with the businesses skills and savvy that allow them to embrace enterprise and diffuse their particular knowledge for economic growth and social welfare. She has won many teaching awards including the prestigious University of Maryland Teacher Scholar Award. Rajshree has a Master of Arts and PhD in economics from SUNY-Buffalo and a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in economics from Bombay University in her native India. Before coming to the Smith School in 2010, Rajshree taught at the University of Illinois and at the University of Central Florida.

Serguey Braguinsky
Serguey Braguinsky’s research explores how industries evolve and innovate and the economics of incentives, institutions, and property rights. He teaches courses on these topics to undergraduate and graduate students Dr. Braguinsky was born in Moscow, the former Soviet Union. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Moscow State University and a doctoral degree in economics is from Keio University in Japan. Serguey has taught at schoool including Carnegie Mellon University, the Institute for Oriental Studies, the USSR Academy of Sciences, Yokohama City University, the University of Chicago, and the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Kristin Mitchell
Kristin Mitchell in an English instructor at River Hill High School in Howard County, Maryland. She has been instrumental in developing content for Finding the Entrepreneurial Spirit and piloting curricula in her classroom. She is an experienced facilitator of teacher training workshops.

Aaron Smith
Aaron Smith is an instructor for the Ayn Rand Institute where he teaches and designs educational content for the Institute’s intellectual training and e-learning programs. He also writes, speaks and gives interviews for the Institute. Aaron received his PhD in philosophy from Johns Hopkins University and has taught at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Devin Davis
Devin Davis is a practicing high school English teacher with over 18 years of experience in the classroom. She currently teaches English to students in grades 10, 11, and 12 at Scio Central School. Devin earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English at Alfred University, and her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at Excelsior College in Albany, NY. She lives with her 3 children in upstate New York.
